What counts as an AI question?+
One question is a single natural-language prompt you ask about your data, answered by the AI — including any chart it builds in response. The SQL queries you run yourself execute in your browser and never touch the AI at all.
Are AI questions really unlimited?+
Yes, on every tier including Free — you just need an account. The demo on this site is capped at a few questions because it runs without one. Sign up and the cap goes away.
What can’t I do on the free tier?+
Free covers the core loop — unlimited questions, charts, thinking steps, and the SQL behind every answer — but not follow-up questions, and nothing that gets data out. You can’t ask a follow-up on an answer, download results as CSV or Excel, save a chart, or copy rows to the clipboard. Pro adds every one of those.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. There is no contract or cancellation fee on either billing period. Cancel whenever you like and you keep Pro through the end of the term you already paid for — the month or the year — then drop back to the free tier. Refunds differ by term: cancel an annual plan within 14 days of first buying it and we refund it in full, while monthly plans aren’t refunded for a partial month.
Where is my data stored?+
On Free and Pro, your files are opened in your browser from your computer and never uploaded to the internet — there is no server storage. Teams adds a shared server workspace so a group can store and collaborate on datasets together.
